Victoria Ricks is an American investor and business owner with a diversified portfolio of business interests that has been developed over the last 20 years. Her investments span the commercial aviation, real estate, hospitality and lodging sectors. Ricks’ family ties have entrenched her in aviation - across general aviation and commercial aircraft leasing to finance, with large scale private equity investments and multi-family real estate.
Over the last decade, Ricks has partnered with Birge & Held, a real estate investment firm founded by a family member, to deploy significant capital across the multi-family real estate sector. Since 2008, Birge & Held has acquired more than 25,000 units and has amassed more than $4 billion in assets under management. Ricks one of Birge & Helds largest investors and an owner of numerous multifamily housing complexes throughout the Midwestern US and Colorado. It is anticipated these investments shall generate gains of more than $200 million. Notably, Ricks is the majority owner of a partnership which is the largest land-owner in Aspen.
Mr. Cirillo brings nearly twenty years of experience in aircraft and engine leasing and trading, successfully completing over 100 commercial aircraft transactions with a broad spectrum of aircraft operators worldwide. Mr. Cirillo has extensive experience engineering financial structures that help airlines respond to growth opportunities, expand lift capacity, and persevere through challenging times.
Active in real estate acquisitions, management, and financing throughout his career, Andrew helped build Birge & Held into one of the most active apartment operators in the United States. He now spearheads the company’s continued growth throughout the country. Andrew co-founded Birge & Held in 2008.
